I am having a difficult weekend. yesterday i messed up with eating a sleeve of crackers. yesterday i was exhausted and hungry and angry from all the working out im still overweight i just don't understand why its not melting off and now from all the sodium i can't tell anything im sure i will be bloated for another 3 days because of it so i will have to delay my weigh in. i really thought by march i would at least be down to 155 oh well. i almost feeling like giving up but i can't. i guess it isn't about JUST points i need to go over what im eating and figure out what im doing wrong i am pretty much 100 percent accurate on what i put in my mouth i log EVERYTHING. so there has got to be a reason or something i can fix. maybe i should cut out the fat and see how that works and lower the carbs. if anyone has any advice im all ears. :)

The only thing I can think of is to keep healthier snacks in the house so you aren't as tempted to grab crackers, cookies, etc. Plus, don't be so hard on yourself. You may be losing slowly, but you ARE LOSING consistently. Don't give up!
