Just been trying to sort out what to eat for dinner and then I got involved in the 20 percent fat, 20 percent protein and 60 percent carb thing. It is VERY hard to eat a balanced diet. No wonder I haven't been losing like I should. That and being a couch potato! Do some gardening tomorrow and eat your lentils.

Every day, in every way, I'm getting better and better!
