I'm back. Had company from out of town. Too much gluten & alcohol. Back to eliminating gluten and alcohol. Started core workouts. I was feeling good physically last week.

Alcohol is great at helping you retain water. Push water in large amounts that should help. I had a week with alcohol when I visited my kids. Took four days when I got back to get the swelling from around my eyes down. I looked horrid. Now that I'm home, I do not drink. Back to trying to lose weight.

Thx...needed the water reminder!! Sleep also makes a huge difference in weight loss I am finding.

YES! Sleep is so essential. I do better weight loss wise when I get my time in the sheets!
