one more pound down in 7 days. i will take it i suppose. take what i can get. all told so far since dec 8th: 23 pounds down. i started at 185 i believe. hope i can keep it off this time. my 90 day mark in this endeavor.

That's a great 90-day accomplishment. I know I won't be at 23 lbs. when my 90 days passes. Keep up the good work.
