Had a bout of dehydration or something yesterday - blacked out for a moment after exercising (I was at the supermarket - awkward). Not sure why since it was midday, I had had a lot of water that day and I had consumed about 800 calories so far for the day. Not sure what the heck happened but feeling a little better today. Supposed to weigh in tonight, hoping for 1 - 1.5 lbs down :)
