I am on day 2 on Jillian michaels 30 day shred and omg if i don't lose the weight keeping in my points and doing this then i don't know what to say. im doing good with the eating i just started eating this yogurt called Chobani it is sooo good and filling unlike any other yogurt and it has no fat and 14 grams of protein. I will probably weigh myself on friday. I know i lost an inch off of my waist this week so i hope for the best. I feel really strong though and so happy i can do this workout it is severe!!!
