After my weekend of eating crazy (but tracking for the most part) i'm back to my last weigh in number. TOM scheduled for tomorrow ..right on my darn birthday... lol oh well

Just happy that i was able to drop that extra weight even before my TOM started, hoping once it does start i get another little drop. Woulda been nice to see the 160s for my 31st birthday.. :(.. not being totally hopeful since i'm 2.1 lbs away from that dream..lol..

Still, happy with my progress.. and still over 20 lbs lighter than i was when i turned 30... :)

Started my Jillian Michaels Fitness Ultimatum game for my WII, and surprisingly enough its kicking my butt... feels good to be active again.. miss the gym :(.. will be starting that next week since i know this week just aint happening. But on day 2 this week and my muscles are definitely talkin to me.

Been making a conscious effort to hit 1200 cals a day this week. yesterday i couldn't do it.. i got just under 1K.. and i was way too stuffed to force another 200. and i'm thrilled i'm still losing even with the increase in calories.. i needed to see that, i was really taking my diet to an unhealthy level by eating the least possible i could.. feels good eating all i can and still losing. exactly what i needed :)

@ ashlee.. thank you!!.. pisses me off more that i was in the 160s..just keep fluctuating, my fault tho.. i was practically starving myself. i saw ur new weight.. EXCITING!!! ur doing AWESOME!! i remember when u started.. what an accomplishment!
