Today I observed what I already suspected and what many of you (my buddies) have said. I woke up in the middle of the night again and I took the chance to weigh myself just out of curiosity. I was weighing 59.4 kg/131 lb so I drank my usual "middle-of-the-night" glass of milk and went back to bed. When I woke up, after resting considerably well, I weighed my self again and lo and behold! 58.8 kg/ 129.6 lb! :) That was a nice surprise!

I forgot taking my multivitamin today but, so far, no RL. I haven't been exercising these last few days because of unrelated stuff. But I will try resuming tomorrow :)

edit: I've just logged the food I ate today. Once again, not logging the food right away led me to eating above my RDI lol. Tomorrow is another day (in which I'll be tempted not to weigh myself :)...

129.6 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
