my vice? a nice microbrew......they put on the calories fast......i have cut back on alcohol a bunch since starting this endeavor in mid december......it says to keep my calories below 1900 per day....i have been shooting for about 1000 to 1200 per day. during the wk, do better, but closer to the wnd, well all bets are off....
