Ok, this is the beginning of my diet. I just purchased the Sonoma Diet book and cookbook. I should be receiving it in a couple of days. Saturday I started my own little diet of cutting bad foods and snack foods out and switched to yougart and granola bars instead, and made healthy dinners. I lost 2 lbs in 3 days by doing that, so I am interested in seeing how I can do on the Sonoma diet.
The only thing that really bothers me is the fact that everytime I start a diet, I keep thinking of food more and more. That is a cycle that needs to stop so I can finally succeed. I believe this will be a trying time, but I am hoping to overcome and come out on top a prettier and healthier me! Enough for now. I am still new to this and not sure if this is even in the right context or setting!
