well i did good yesterday up until the end of the day when i went to do my long walk. i had it in my head i was going to get myself a treat. it was definately a mind set. well i figured i really had a hard work out so i deserved some candy kisses i didn't need the cupcakes that i got also!!so i got tricked with the cupcakes because i didn't READ the fact that one serving was one cupcake and i ate two well needless to say i wasted all those points for nothing i didn't realize it til after i ate it. grrr
so far i was lucky and the scale didn't budge still holding at 169.
I have been doing abs of steel everyday since my midsection is my biggest problem so 30 minutes a day of that and i can tell i lost inches my stomach is soo soar today but i need to keep the momentum going. i know they say to give muslces a rest but i need to keep consistant everyday and just blast my stomach. you can't spot reduce but you can tighten what you have i believe.

Good job on the exercise! Try to stay away from those sweet treats though, sugar causes you to crave more sugar. It's best to stick with natural sweets, like honey, maple syrup, etc. Try to find another reward, like a manicure or a new shirt instead of food.

Fruit makes a nice treat, too. Maybe you could ban sweets for a little while til the cravings go away.

You are exercising which is great but I agree with kimbulie you can't reward yourself with food when you do good on a diet. You reward yourself with something that makes you feel better a massage or quite time. Good Luck!
