Good morning fellow dieters............This morning I feel great, its day 5/22 of my new lifestyle. I say day 5 of 22 because it takes 22 days to break old habits and start new ones. So my goal is to stay the course for 22 days, and if I do, I know I will be able to make this diet a way of life for me. I feel great! I'm not hungry, thanks to whole grain bread and tofu hot dogs.......They really fill me up. However last night I did eat fish, this will be the only meat I will eat. I drank 1.5liters of water yesterday, my goal is to drink 3L a day, so today I will least get in 2L. I'm terrible at recording my food on the food calendar, but from now on I will try to check in at night to do that. Yesterday I did 30min on the stepper at the gym and 30 min. doing the circuit work out,,,,felt great, its the first time I've been to the gym in 3 week. Well I'm happy, I feel lighter and healthier. My goal is to be a health nut, I'm taking it day by day. I have to work on not eating after 7pm, I work at night so that's hard, even on the days I don't work at night. That's something I want to start doing as a habit, without thinking about it. So I will try again tonight, tonight is a work night, I work 12 hour shifts, so it will be extra hard for me. I will let you know how it goes. I'm on my way to they gym, everyone have a successful day!!
