I did great all day. I swam and exercised with friends, which I really enjoyed. After dinner I went out to celebrate a friend's 21st Birthday and had margaritas. It's a special occassion, so it's not a big deal that I had a few, but what I was not okay with was how much I ate afterwards. If I go drinking I need to be sure I just drink water when I come back and not eat. I consumed a lot of cereal and grapes after drinking. I'm okay with one small snack (I initially just ate soynut butter and a rice cake) but more than that is unneccessary. I'm eating because I enjoy it at night, but I can't do that. I think the best thing for me to do is brush my teeth ASAP and get in bed. I can watch Hulu or read a book, instead.
