Thanks for all the comments yesterday on my journal! I am definitely back with a vengeance. Worked in the field today so got an arm workout. I also did 100 crunches tonight. Didn't get a chance to go to the grocery store, but Greg is going to go in the morning. Can't wait to really start once we have some healthy food in the house!
Oh! Has anyone read Such a Pretty Fat by Jen Lancaster? Or any of her other books? She is hilarious and Such a Pretty Fat is about her weight loss journey. I really recommend it, it make me laugh out loud!
