I know it is no excuse but I was so stressed at work that I ate potato chips for dinner and I bought tastycakes from the vending machine. This is a problem I have,giving up my diet when I am stressed and then eating badly the rest of the day. I am going to start over tomorrow fresh!!! I was also discouraged b/c I ate good tuesday and was up in weight this morning :(
