I was thin as a kid, very active, ate everything I could get my teeth into and was as fit as. At 16 I started a trade as an apprentice carpenter. The work was heavy, hard and rewarding, which led to me eating more and more without any fatty weight gain. My weight/body mass did increase due to my legs, chest and shoulders adding muscle. I started in the sales/consultancy field at 28, still ate heaps of good and bad stuff, and drank like a fish but still had my weight in check without being conscious of it, I surfed, I played sport and remained active until about 33. The sports fell by the wayside, I sat in a car all day visiting clients having coffee after coffee with plenty of fast food in my daily regime. That was 30 kilos ago, and now, at 54 I realise there are people that actually count on me being around. I am at 109kg (240lb?) wanting to be at 90kg...
