Lately my ratios have been 71% fat, 26% protein, 3% carbs.
I followed the advice of a member and upped my calories and carbs a bit - 1800 calories and 20 grams of carb, and I let the other two, fat & protein, fall where they may.
I'm down .5 pounds today. Reaping the benefits of two weeks at 1500 or yesterday's 1800 calories? Will try a 1700 day today, 20 g. of carbs, and I'll see.
