This week I really evaluated me. I have discovered that stress, worry, anxiety are not my friend. I am consciously making efforts to stop over eating. Today I going to a wedding. My goal is to make this the only meal I eat. The rest will be liquid protein. Tomorrow I will hit the gym. I am training for my first 5K. The goal is to run the whole time. If it take a hour I will be good with that. My goal is to endure to the end. This month goal is to say goodbye to the thirties and hello to the twenties. By January my goal is to be in the 10s. What do I need to get there? Control portion, control portion, control portion, and exercise. Next, Sunday I will check in to let you know how I did. Yeah! 232. Keep rising to the top!
