Just starting today. It is 11/7 and Biggie sent me an email yesterday that haunts.. I mean motivates: "when we are afraid of repeating what we keep doing, instead of fear of failing, we will do something different." Yes that's my story right now. I have been doing the same thing lately. Eating shit. Not doing what is good for me. Isolating. Eating sugar sugar sugar. Every day saying I will do this or that and not doing it. I really dislike this rut.
Fatsecret has always been here for me. I am just going to do this fatsecret. Best I can.. Log my food. Log my exercise. Log my thoughts. Why reinvent the whole thing...
