I am not being as consistent as I used to be. I'm here to hold myself accountable, and I'm just not doing the best I can. After my weigh in tonight, I will be back here everyday for 30 days. If it makes a difference, I'll be here everyday again.

It definitely makes a difference. I wasn't having a lot of success so I joined weight watchers so I weigh in on Mondays at my meetings.
