Looking forward to Thanksgiving tomorrow and cooking a "Veggie-giving" meal as my family has dubbed it! People look at me funny when I tell them we are having a vegetabe buffet and no turkey for the holiday! It's definately easier to keep it light and healthy!
My kids would love to have a "pasta-giving" day but I told them that the Pilgrims and Indians never had lasagna! ha ha.
