Well, I'm feeling really capable of doing this diet. Actually it has seemed easier than the last times. Every volleyball practice I go to is better than the one before. I really believe in what they say about you are what you eat.
Every time that I feel hungry, I just look around and try to visit to this amazing website and that's the best resource I have ever had to help me in the disgusting moment.
