Ok well I know I've said this before and might say it again but I am going to do my very best to journal each and everyday except when I'm on vacation..well maybe cause I usually don't have the computer with me but that could change.
Today I took a break from working out but getting a mini workout while cleaning house and running up and down stairs doing laundry. I wasn't good either for my choice of what to put in my mouth. I had a couple cinnamon rolls and I wouldn't of had them if I didn't have the problem of letting things go to waste. They were getting old and god forbid that I just throw them away when I can pop them in the micro and the come out just yummy. I won't be buying them again. :)But I have been drinking plenty of water but not other food as of yet. I think we will be having delivery tonight for dinner so I will make a good choice, Chicken Caesar Wrap with the dressing on the side.
Well heres to one day down of journaling and will do it again tomorrow. Have a wonderful rest of the day!! :)

Angela, I tend to eat "bad" things when I don't have things prepared. I cut, chop and cook when I have the chance so when I am an a hurry or tempted. I find if I can grab some of my own food, I stay on track. Yes, I have my own food. lol That is the term in my house, their food and my food. I also don't buy things "bad choices" I like because I end up eating them before my boys do. They get their favorite things and usually they are not the things that tempt me. With all that said, I know how you feel about throwing things away. I hate to be wasteful. Keep drinking plenty of water even when you side track from your food plan. I also find the more exercise I do, the more I stay with my food program. I hate to waste that calorie burn because my weight makes every activity a real challenge. Moving with housework is great and those stairs your running up and down is more then a "mini' work out. Keep at it, journal, move and always have a plan. You can do this!!! Hope you have a great rest of the day and night.
