I have started over to day. I want to not only maintain my weight I will like to get my tummy down a bit..and build muscle around my waist and strengthen my arms....I want to be more energized so that I don't feel as tired.

I have ordered my vitamins and re started to do my bicycle exercise.

I am also tracking my food since I know it is what brought me from 185 to 162
