Strong Comeback! Workouts have been excellent from Sunday night onward. I would have to say the Wed all-out leg assault and the late-night Thurs workout buffet of more legs, abs, and calves have been the best yet in along time! Feels like the next phase of bodyfat reduction will be easier than the last 10 weeks, really ready to shred up now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

At least we know where DeepSquat was tonight, was strange without the standard squat routine on a Friday night! And those cookies!

Yeah, no one doing legs tonight. Seemed to be shoulder night or back night.

Deep Squat had no Deep Sleep, and no 1/2 chicken Thursday afternoon(pulled bird only). I accused Bighouse of getting there first. We went about 4pm and they were out. Seriously, I was sleep deprived and did not want to ruin my mental game with a tired, painful routine. I brought Xuxu in early at 4 and watched her squat. Glad to hear you guys are feeling better.
