This was the worst weekend ever. The withdrawal hit me so hard I thought I was gonna die. The worst of it is, I was so sick I took one of the pills I'm coming off of just to get get rid of the symptoms. This means I will hit withdrawal again and go through the same cycle again... though hopefully I can lengthen the times in between taking the "off" pill, thus weaning myself off. At least that's the plan.

So the withdrawal is bad enough but when I'm sick I fall back to my comfort foods... carbs and sweets. I'm not even going to attempt to add the foods I ate to my calendar. I'll just chock it up to a real bad weekend and do my absolute best until I hit serious withdrawal again.
