Didn't get up for my early morning workout this morning, think my body needed the extra rest. I will do Zumba tonight to get some activity in. I'm struggling tho with my portion sizes, I don't know if I'm eating too much or not. I'm working out daily, sometimes twice a day and I have integrated weights so my mind is saying the extra calories are needed, and also I'm HUNGRY. However I think I need to cut my portions in half to be sure that my stomach continues to shrink....I guess if I don't see any movement on the scale then I'll def cut back...

I have a friend who is a personal trainer and he said that when you start doing weights your body will ask for the nutrients needed to build muscle. Make sure you keep your protein intake high. This journey is a matter of trial and error I believe. And if you do not lose weight this week do not get dissapointed. Muscle weighs more so you could be building it. The best indicator if you are losing fat is your clothes and how they fit. Go for it girl!!!
