Survival Food Pack Version 2 saves the day again! Nice roadtrip so far and good eating! Got in a nice 11 pm chest workout at Riviera Fitness in Huntsville, AL. Solid night!

1/3 cup mix, one scoop protein, and water with some cinnamon. Pour into hot non-stick pan and make one large pancake........excellent taste
