Was it really only 5 nights ago(well 6 now that it's past midnight) that I broke a ten minute running time? Tonight I ran for 15 minutes straight. Then balloons and confetti fell from the ceiling and imaginary people were clapping and whooping with excitement! Haha, really though, I think back to last month and remember that I barely made it 2 minutes, and my mind is blown.
Also, my treadmills a liar. It told me I'd only run 3/4 of a mile in 15 minutes. The average jogging time for a mile is 11 minutes. I jog. I had to at least run it in the 15 minutes I was on there. No way am I jogging an 20 minute mile. One of these days I'll have to go to the track down by my house and run it there to get a more exact mile time.
I've officially lost 3 inches off my waist. The first two came in the first 2 weeks of dieting. I was starting to think I'd never make any progress after that. Then this morning, poof! It just disappeared like nothing. I'm thinking maybe I didn't get enough water the day before. But we'll see in the next few days what happens. Hopefully it stays gone!
