If you really want to lose weight and get fit, you will train, if you don't want to lose weight, you won't bother trying.
Goals:
Try not to chew gum for a week
Stop having sugar on my cereal
Stay busy so you don't snack
Jog to the park in the morning and at night
Do 25 crunches a day
