Yesterday was a busy day for me and although I didn't "cheat", I didn't eat the way I normally do. I stayed below my carb allowance (keeping to my 25 gr per day) but I didn't eat much food.

When I got on the scale this morning, I was SHOCKED to find that I had gained 2 pounds!!! Now, I know that this might just be one of the daily weight fluctuations due to water retension, etc but I honestly think that it was because I didn't eat enough food.

So....my lesson learned (and shared) is that feeding your body "too few" calories is just as bad as feeding it too many.

No more missed/skipped meals for this hungry girl!!
