I made a rather amazing shepherds pie tonight, with cauliflower, mushrooms, celery with ground lamb & beef in a cream, egg and cheese sauce. But I didn't really weigh things and I have no idea what I ate for dinner in terms of a serving. So totes legal... but un-loggable. Don't care, teh yum.
