More fat, less protein, more leafy veg. I need to make more coconut oil candy. And I will be happy when the Julian Bakery treats are gone. Ate the last bread last night. Taking some of the macaroons off to a friend today. It is a good thing JB is a very occasional treat. Also, breadcrumbs are awful. I will appreciate that my low carb life is crumb free.
