A nice little weight loss (0.4 lbs) the day before the Biggest Loser weigh in. Yesterday I was incredibly sore and for some reason I did a monster cardio workout last night (1 hr 45 min with 1050 calories burned) and I feel pretty good today.

The goal now if weighing as little as possible for the weigh out tonorrow. Prior to the initial weigh in I hydrated as much as possible and for the weigh out I will do the opposite.

Tonight I intend to use my YMCA guest pass to do as much cardio as possible and then sit in the hot tub at the pool to hopefully alleviate any muscle soreness. Tomorrow morning I will hit the cardio machines at work to get a sweat going and then sit in the sauna until I can't stand it (usually 5 minutes for me). Shower, weigh out, and re-hydrate. Followed that evening with beer.
