I didn't manage to weigh myself this morning before I was half dressed, but it was 176.6 with underthings and shirt, so probably still holding steady. I as running off to meet folks for breakfast before an interfaith panel at a local middle school. We talked to an 8th grade "leadership" class followed by three sixth grade social studies classes (3 at the same time). The students were great. And the sun it out. Life is good.
