到四月必須繼續維持127感覺很難做到,每到晚上肚子都很餓,盡量要多吃蔬果,這樣才能維持體重。
126.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
