Been eating well and exercising for about a week, after having not been consistent through holidays and a January cruise vacation. Trying to limit alcohol, stay consistent with exercise, and eat leaner. Need to look good in wedding dress in June :)
135.5 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 0.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
