Ok...started the trial run of no soda and no coffee, but woke up extremely tired and fatigued today. So, at 9:15 I caved and had a coke zero. :( Otherwise I stuck to my diet. Was even tempted with sugar cookies (my favorite), pretzels, and quaker oats chewy granola bars at the end of the day when I'm the weakest. Proud of myself. :)

Good job sis! I broke down and had a soda, too. Figured now better than when we start the challenge! I gave up soda and caffeine years ago and felt great, so I'm just trying to keep that in mind when I get a craving.

I feel great so far...but always feel good when I'm doing the Atkins. When I give up sugar, I feel so much better.
