Hey all. Sorry its been a few days. I am hovering. I have gone down and up on a one lb. fluctuation for days now. Very frustrating. I'm not really cheating at all either. I'm going to increase my water again today and try to work out this weekend and see if it gives me a boost. I'm still hanging in there.
246.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 81.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Stay strong. Make sure you are watching your sodium intake. that can stall things. And definitely get a workout in whenever you can. PATIENCE ! :)

You are doing just fine, new diet usually begin with this way. This is one of the more realistic diet out their. Make sure you are not eating foods, sugar content, trans fats. Mostly check to see if you’re gluten intolerant. Most people who have problems loosing usually have the thing in their daily diet. Read up on this information at http://www.stayinformed.info/health/weightcontrol.htm . It should help. Make a few adjustments and only eat what you need and you will be fine.
