Down ~1.5 lbs as of this morning...my main weight for the past 2.5 years has been right where I am now..196.8...going on atkins on 7/2/10, day before breaking my ankle, i weighed 196.6...a month later i was 188... Six weeks l Was 185...getting down to 184 by the end of summer. After surgery and being mostly in a chair all summer, I did drop about 12 lbs. i hovered around the 185 marker for another year...then slowly have crept back to 196.8.... I am determined to berak this pattern once and for all...Its a beautiful day here...looks like a heat wave is about to erupt! -10 two days ago and today ~35...yea! Had a nice visit with Jen last night. Looks like we won't be hanginh out much on saturdays anymore...what with her dad undergoing dialisys every sat..she takes him in the am and scott picks him up in the pm...the christmas decorations get packed away for yet another year! Glad when its done! Went shopping instead of packing up xmas. Such a beautiful day justwanted to get out and walk and so we did. Had lunch at 99 ...the salad was freah and wonderful. I love my new husband!
