Wish I could commit to FS like I used to. Between working full time, school part time, caring for my dogs and just life there's not much free time. BF is working in NM and I'm going to visit him in 2 weeks (!) which is sort of spur of the moment, so I'm really trying to bust it and lose some weight/just exercise before I go. I'd like to be more disciplined with getting up and working out BEFORE work. I'll just have to make myself go to bed earlier.

What keeps you motivated?

I've been having the same problem, so I can't really offer good advice. The only thing keeping me out of too much trouble is getting lots of exercise. I like your idea of getting to bed earlier so you can work out in the morning. Maybe set an alarm in the evening, telling you it's time to shut things down and get to bed?

Well I could keep you motivated for the two weeks or at least until I am off to my next job... every day a workout of some kind!

I think I have to find my own motivation so I workout all the time. amryk - I'll have to do that with the alarm at night. Thanks.
