So yesterday I tried out the free step feature on the WiiFit and watched CSI Miami whilst I stepped for 30 minutes. I had the Wiimote in one hand and the TV remote in the other (to ff thru commercials) and I have to say it was amazing exercise... judging by all the bits that hurt this morning. LOL
I'm eating my first raspberries this morning and I decided that I wanted to eat the Atkins almond crunch bar with them for the texture and sweet/salty contrast. It is really yummy and quite unlike anything I've eaten in the last couple of months. Most of the Atkins bars don't attract me that much - they are too sweet and I have never been as attracted to sweet as I am to savory things. But the almond crunch & the coconut one that is like a mounds bar are good.
Having a BBQ with friends later today. I need to find an interesting cauliflower recipe for my side dish. But meat off the grill, salad and a cauliflower thing should be totally in diet. And my butcher friend always brings interesting meat so that's all good.
