did pretty good yesterday - didn't eat anything I shouldn't have, did my thing at Curves, even got on the treadmill for 15 min...was going to go to Curves this morning for Zumba, but the way my throat is hurting, I think I'm going to wait till later in the day to go...plan on doing the treadmill again, too.
