Decided to do a 30 day nutrition reset with a group of gals - I feel headachy and bloated... I gained a few lbs. not what I’d hoped for! So some are saying this is detox weight gain - I think 5hey are wrong. I already eat a nutritionally sound diet so guessing they are losing because they might not be or maybe they are drinking more water for now. IDK but I’m seriously disappointed especially because I feel I fell for the hype and you can bet I’ve purchased said accompanying products. Why. Why did I do it? Hopes and dreams my friends! Back to what has been working for me for the last 6 months.
