Not doing too great at the moment. Finding it hard to get the motivation to get properly started. Also need to get myself a new pair of scales, as my current ones lie (told me i'd lost a couple of pounds in a few days) and considering I haven't done any excerise I think somethings wrong there lol.
Party tonight for halloween so once that's over I HAVE to get my ass in gear. New month and all that ;)
