i am on weight watchers didnt think it would work for me since i love food but i am able to eat whatever it is i want and i love that. i been on weight watchers since august 21 2012 and the first couple of weeks it was hard to stick to my daily points but got use to it and look at me now i am 5lb lighter. 10lbs to go .....
