Graduation parties have at best left me barely maintaining. Every day lately it seems there is a new eating challenge to overcome. It seems I only do worse when I try and makeup for over eating by starving immediately there after or banking calories because I know I will be attending a party. I know better. Excercise seems to at least help me maintain. Still getting compliments on my new look even though I feel I do not deserve them. Next week a cruise - good luck.
