Today I throw away excuses. I have been maintaining about 170lbs since the holidays. This is about 20lbs over my regular weight. All my clothes fit tight and I am tired of this. I got a gym membership back in January, but have only went a handful of times. For the next 12 weeks, I will give up all sodas (even diet drinks), all fried food, and drink lots of water each day.
