So, my starting weight was kind of a guess based on my last doctor's visit like two weeks before. And I did start dieting before my "formal" start. I had a bit of travel to do and didn't want to be formally following a diet on the road. So it seems like a crazy amount of loss but it is approximate. And who knows how far off the Wii weight actually is. I just couldn't resist a weigh-in. If I could delete the first weight and start from here I would.
208.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well, today the Wii thinks I weight 208 which is more reasonable I'm afraid. :(
