I need to lose the last 13 pounds because I would rather be lean than barely fit into a size 5 anymore. I am going to workout 6 days a week doing hard cardio. That will help replace some fat with muscle which makes me lose weight too! So combining a lean diet with good exercise will have the pounds fallin off in months! I am making this my homepage so I stay on track!
